I had the pleasure of working With Joseph and his Team. They're the best! We're just in the Process of Remodeling our home and we tackled our Non functional fireplace. 
It never worked since we Moved in. 
Joseph came out, preformed some troubleshooting and realized where the issue is coming from. 
Replaced the damaged part and painted and make us fall in love with our fireplace! 
His pricing were very reasonable and i cant be more impressed from the work he and his team preformed. 
From Jonel in the office to Joseph I thank AAA for their communication and highly rated workmanship.

We used AAA chimney sweep and fire protection recently and I can't tell you how wonderful they were. Knowledgeable, kind, fast, friendly and went out of their way to make it absolutely safe and perfect for us. I fully recommend their services above anyone else's. Not to mention the prices are spot on! I even called back later in the week with a question and Sindee got right back to me immediately with the answer. Great company!

I've been burning wood fires for a few years and didn't know I needed a chimney sweep EVERY season. Ended up with stage 3 creosote. AAA Chimney was able to remove it mechanically for half the cost of a chemical removal. They were very professional and Cindy provided A+ customer service. Do not even think about using any other company for your chimney repair.  I bought my house ten years ago and have never used the fireplace.  Another company quoted me a price to put things in order, however when their guy came out he basically doubled that price.   I got a second opinion over the phone from Sindee who told me that the odds were that I wouldn't need such an extensive job.  Dustin came out, inspected my fireplace and chimney, agreed with that assessment and completed the necessary job for far less than I was originally quoted by the first company.  Another plus is that they are exceedingly pleasant to deal with.  I don't generally write reviews. Thank you so much to Sindee and the team at Chimney Sweep and Fire Protection Company.  They did an amazing job with my unique problem.  I needed to replace glass doors on a fire place as I removed the doors years ago and the new owner wanted them put back in. Not an easy job. Sindee found the doors and installed them with no problems at all.  Even during the pandemic she was able to get the job done.  Sindee turned my big problem into a simple solution. My experience with Chimney Sweep and Fire Protection is similar to others, which shows the consistency of a good quality company.  The entire process was smooth from scheduling to the appointment itself.  Dustin the technician was very professional, answered my many questions, provided recommendations, and left the chimneys and workspace around them clean. I literally can't say enough wonderful things about Sindee and her team.  Honestly, I got another quote that was so complicated and overstated for my needs that had I not reached out to her for a comparative bid, I would have spent money that I didn't need to spend. 

I love working with small family owned business because we also have a small family business and I know first hand how much we care of our clients as they care for theirs.  This was obvious to me the first time we spoke on the phone.  Their customer service is beyond excellent.

Just call them and let them take care of you. Simple. Fast. Efficient. Honest.  What more do you need?
