It never worked since we Moved in. Joseph came out, preformed some troubleshooting and realized where the issue is coming from. Replaced the damaged part and painted and make us fall in love with our fireplace! His pricing were very reasonable and i cant be more impressed from the work he and his team preformed. Bob W.18. March, 2022I've been burning wood fires for a few years and didn't know I needed a chimney sweep EVERY season. Ended up with stage 3 creosote. AAA Chimney was able to remove it mechanically for half the cost of a chemical removal. They were very professional and Cindy provided A+ customer service. I highly recommend and will be using their services annually. No more column of black smoke billowing out of my chimney!
Harold A.1. September, 2021Do not even think about using any other company for your chimney repair. I bought my house ten years ago and have never used the fireplace. Another company quoted me a price to put things in order, however when their guy came out he basically doubled that price. I got a second opinion over the phone from Sindee who told me that the odds were that I wouldn't need such an extensive job. Dustin came out, inspected my fireplace and chimney, agreed with that assessment and completed the necessary job for far less than I was originally quoted by the first company. Another plus is that they are exceedingly pleasant to deal with. I don't generally write reviews. But in an increasingly sharky atmosphere this company deserves a huge thumbs up.Lorie B.7. I needed to replace glass doors on a fire place as I removed the doors years ago and the new owner wanted them put back in. Not an easy job.
